You agree to notify adibet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. adibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Account Verification (KYC): adibet is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. adibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your adibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude adibet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
adibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach or fraud may be forfeited.
You may close your adibet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to you.
adibet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the adibet platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and adibet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting adibet customer support. adibet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, or to the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent adibet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
